Last updated August 25, 2026
Milo is operated by Quotidiana. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Milo's apps, website, messaging experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, such as your name, email address, authentication provider, time zone, language, measurement system, and profile image.
Training, nutrition, and body information
We collect the information you choose to give Milo so it can provide the Service. This may include your goals, training history, preferences, programs, exercises, completed workouts, sets, reps, weights, effort ratings, injuries, training spaces, body measurements, meals, nutrition targets, and related notes.
Apple Health data
With your permission, Milo may read activity, step count, walking/running distance, exercise time, standing time, sleep, workouts and workout routes, heart rate, resting heart rate, VO2 max, biological sex, height, and weight from Apple HealthKit. Milo may write completed workouts to HealthKit. You choose each category Milo can access through Apple's permission controls.
Conversations and files
We collect messages you exchange with Milo and content you submit, including photos, voice notes, documents, reactions, replies, and feedback. We retain conversation context so Milo can remember your preferences and provide consistent support over time.
Calendar information
If you connect Google Calendar, we collect your connected account email, authorization information, free/busy availability, and information about calendar events Milo creates or manages for you. Milo uses free/busy access to determine when you are available; it does not read the titles or details of your other calendar events.
Messaging information
If you connect a messaging service such as Telegram or another supported provider, we collect the identifiers and delivery metadata needed to link your account, exchange messages, preserve reply context, and deliver check-ins you have enabled. Depending on the provider, this may include a username, phone number, thread or message identifiers, delivery status, and message content.
Subscription and transaction information
We receive subscription status, product, store, renewal, and entitlement information from Apple and our billing providers. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Device and service information
We may collect app version, device and client identifiers, push notification tokens, language, time zone, feature interactions, diagnostics, crash information, and security logs. If you join a beta list, we collect the email address you submit, along with the time and source of the signup.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service;
- Create and adapt training programs and workout sessions;
- Track workouts, recovery, body measurements, and nutrition;
- Schedule sessions and deliver requested reminders or check-ins;
- Maintain conversation context and respond to your requests;
- Authenticate accounts and manage subscriptions;
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; and
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. AI processing
Milo uses AI service providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to interpret your requests and generate responses. Information relevant to a request—which may include conversation content, training data, connected data, or an attachment—may be sent to these providers to produce the feature you requested. We do not permit HealthKit data to be used for advertising or marketing.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it to:
- Vendors that help us provide cloud hosting, authentication, file storage, AI processing, messaging, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, and subscription management;
- Services you choose to connect, as needed to provide the integration;
- Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse; and

- We use it only to provide health and fitness features to you;
- We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or use-based data mining;
- We do not sell it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers; and
- We disclose it only with your express permission and only as allowed by Apple's requirements and applicable law.
You can change or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking access stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already stored by Milo; you can delete that information by deleting your Milo account.
6. Google Calendar data
Milo uses Google Calendar data only to show availability, schedule training, and manage events Milo creates for you. Milo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising or to train generalized AI models.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Retention may vary based on the type of information, why we use it, and legal or security requirements.
You can permanently delete your account from Milo's Settings. Account deletion disconnects linked services and initiates deletion of your account, conversations, training and nutrition records, connected data, and uploaded files. Limited records may be retained where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in secured backups until they are overwritten through normal operations.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
- Request a portable copy of certain information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing; and
